There's no crisis, no villain, no arc that demands your investment. The show just asks you to walk beside him, watch how he listens to the people he meets, notice how Robaroba moves through the spaces between things. That's enough. For thirteen episodes, it's more than enough.

Porta spends his days making deliveries across Sukima, a tranquil country that sits between worlds. Riding on his partner Robaroba, he carries parcels for everyone in town at a leisurely pace. Other residents such as Zouzou and Kabakaba appear along the way. The question at the heart of each outing is whether Porta can bring the important parcels to their destination safely. The short-form fantasy series is the first original animation from Ryoji Arai, a winner of the Astrid Lindgren Award.
