The animation is barely there, the backgrounds don't move. None of that registers because you're watching people you've known for seasons just exist in a world they love. This only works if you're already invested in these specific characters. If you're not, thirty minutes of low-key slice-of-life banter in a fantasy setting will feel like filler.
