This is a job-hunting comedy that treats a working hand dryer as a religious experience, and it fully commits to the bit. The Chancellor gets fired, hits the pavement, strikes out, and runs into Jobuubu on the street doing exactly the same miserable circuit, which is the whole setup: two unemployed guys who find each other at the bottom. Then Eagle Talon headquarters discovers Jobuubu's one marketable skill, repairing hand dryers so well the user feels pure bliss, and the movie's business model is born. Chancellor hustles clients, Jobuubu does the work, and that's the partnership. It's the second Town Work collaboration, so yes, the gag engine is literally an employment ad, and the film knows it. Low spectacle, no heavy themes, just the small dignity of finally having something you're good at.

Jobuubu needs a job, and so does the Chancellor, who has just been fired. After a fruitless day of job hunting, the two meet on the street, and the Chancellor brings Jobuubu back to Eagle Talon headquarters. There they learn that Jobuubu can repair hand dryers so that they not only dry properly but also fill whoever uses them with pure bliss. The pair go into business together, with the Chancellor finding customers and Jobuubu handling the repairs. Word reaches Queen Electronic, one of the companies that makes the dryers, which invites them to help develop new ideas to improve its older products. A rival company, however, is determined to see them fail. This comedy movie is the second collaboration with Town Work.
