Dream Town isn't trying to be anything other than what it is: a place where kids watch other kids chase specific, small dreams without the show ever punishing them for it. Mametchi and Yumemitchi aren't learning hard lessons about failure. They're just... doing the thing they want to do, with friends who show up. If you've burned out on anime that needs every episode to mean something heavy, this one gets it, you just want to watch characters you like exist in a world that feels safe enough to want things in.

Mametchi and his friends return, this time to study abroad in Dream Town, a place devoted to supporting the dreams of everyone who lives there. In Dream Town, Mametchi meets Yumemitchi, who hopes to become an idol singer, along with Kiraritchi and a group of other new faces, each chasing a dream of their own. The 2012 comedy runs for 49 TV episodes.
