Nobody's making a comedy OVA about photography and friendship in 2013 when battle shonen dominates everything. Tamayura does it anyway, and the lightness itself becomes the point, there's no plot to chase, just four girls finding reasons to keep the camera rolling. The show trusts that watching someone frame a shot, miss it, laugh, and try again is enough story. You don't need stakes when the real drama is whether Fuu's next photo will actually be in focus. It's comedy that knows its own smallness and refuses to apologize for it.
