These two Blu-ray extras exist for exactly one reason: to get the temple's residents into situations the TV broadcast would never have survived, and they know it. The episode titles alone tell you the register, "No Way, Why Is It So Big..." and "You Mustn't Touch That...", both playing the misunderstanding for absurdity rather than heat. The cast chemistry from the main series comes through completely intact, same escalating panic, same deadpan reactions to nonsense that would end a normal person, and the comedy stays surreal enough that you laugh before you blush. Be warned: the censorship stickers are back and they are aggressive, so if you came purely for the payoff you will be arguing with a piece of digital tape. It also spreads its attention unevenly, with a few housemates barely getting a look in. Twenty-odd minutes of the show doing bits with zero plot obligations, which is precisely what an OVA should be.
