Ten-year-old Kyoshi watches a tramp turn himself into a wealthy impostor at a stand-up bar in Tokyo's Tamanoi district. The single-episode OVA offers light, amusing tales of life in the city before the war. It is adapted from Yuu Takita's 1968 autobiographical manga Strange Tales of Terajima, which first ran in the alternative magazine Garo.
