The comedy never stops moving. These chibi versions strip away everything except the thing that actually matters: watching Shamiko and Momo exist in the same space, their rhythm so practiced it feels like watching a favorite song on repeat. It's a comfort show that knows exactly how long to stay, never overstaying, never explaining the joke twice.

The pint-sized cast of Machikado Mazoku returns for another round of short comedy. This second batch of shorts shows the franchise's characters in tiny, super-deformed form, and the episodes were first posted on the anime's official Twitter account. The 2022 ONA runs 24 episodes, mixing comedy, fantasy, magical girl elements and slice of life. Alongside the regular shorts, it includes a bonus crossover episode with Mahoutsukai Reimeiki and four episodes made to promote the show's Blu-ray releases. Fans of the first set of minis will find more of the same quick, cute format here.
