Fai is a cheerful warrior who loves food, and Mei is a quiet, otaku-minded magician. They hope to become the hero's party, yet their days stay relaxed and easygoing, with the Demon King nowhere in sight. What they do not know is that the Demon King, shrunk into the form of a little girl called Mao, has slipped into their school as a teacher, scheming to stop Yusha before she ever becomes the Hero. The result is a gentle fantasy comedy about everyday life.
