A complete fraud wakes up in the body of the world's chosen hero and immediately realizes nobody can tell the difference. The show knows exactly what it is: a vehicle for a thigh-obsessed scoundrel to bumble through apocalypse-level stakes while being catastrophically horny, and it commits to that bit with zero apology. Every setup lands because Touka's shameless self-interest creates actual friction with the "save the world" plot, turning the premise into a comedy machine that never stops spinning.

Touka is a slightly perverted villager who farms radishes in Cheza and daydreams about being a hero. When the Gates of Hell reopen and demons roam free, the legendary hero Sion saves Touka's childhood friend Yuna from an attack, then dies after tumbling into a pit Touka dug to guard his crops. Touka hides the body and goes to bed, only to wake up inside Sion's corpse, his soul moved there by the necromancer Anri. Now wearing the hero's face, he must reseal the gates and beat back the demons, traveling with Yuna and Anri while living up to Sion's reputation. The result is an action comedy set in a fantasy world, with ecchi humor mixed into the adventure.
