Keima finally has to genuinely care, and the show knows the difference between pretending and actually loving someone. Every girl he's supposedly "conquered" comes back not as a punchline but as someone he has to choose between, and there's no gaming strategy for that. The Jupiter Sisters arc strips away the harem comedy entirely, what's left is a man confronting what his emotional distance cost, played straight and without mercy.

Keima Katsuragi, the self-styled God of Conquest, has already freed many girls from runaway spirits by winning their hearts. Now he faces a new task: find the six Jupiter Sisters, goddesses who once sealed Old Hell. Diana, the goddess living inside his childhood friend Tenri, reveals that her sisters are hiding in the hearts of girls he helped before. Reuniting them could seal the runaway spirits for good and free Keima from his contract with Hell. Keima is reluctant at first, until tragedy strikes one of the hosts. With a shadowy group called Vintage hunting the goddesses, he teams up with the demons Elsie and Haqua to win back girls who remember his past conquests, racing against time as those earlier conquests come back to haunt him. The result is a supernatural romantic comedy.
