A wrestling movie from 1970 that commits completely to the absurdity of masked wrestlers fighting for honor and money without a trace of self-awareness. The moral crisis is real: a good man trained by villains to be a weapon has to choose between the payment that keeps him alive and the wrestler's code that keeps him human. Tiger Mask tears off his mask and it means something because the movie never winks at the camera, never apologizes for taking professional wrestling seriously as a stage for actual character.

Tiger Mask: War against the League of Masked Wrestlers is a 1970 movie.
