Beneath Tokyo's streets lies a vast hidden world called the Underground, unknown to the people above. Its inhabitants include Elemental Users, who can control forces such as fire, water, lightning, magnetism and freezing. Rumina Asagi and his best friend Ginnosuke Isuzu are two ordinary first-year high school students living in Tokyo. Everything changes when they meet Chelsea Rorec, a user of gravity, and Ruri Sarasa, known as the Miko of Life, and their everyday routine gives way to a sprawling adventure.
