True Tears Epilogue is a three-minute music video, a sequel to the True Tears TV series, that came with the Blu-ray release. It plays after the end credits of episode 13. Its events take place after the anime's last scene with Hiromi and Shinichiro and before the true epilogue, in which Noe appears with her new friends. The short also adapts three drama CDs released in June 2008 into animation, as a brief romantic drama coda to the series.
