A cat falls into a kid's life and turns out to be something impossible, but the movie doesn't care about spectacle or saving the world properly, it just wants to sit with the warmth of that accident. Haruka comes across a cat in an abandoned building and gives it the name Nyan. What she does not know is that her new pet is really Ultra-Nyan, a visitor from outer space with mysterious powers. When a couple of no-good catnappers hatch a scheme, Ultra-Nyan uses his abilities to help Haruka and her friends put a stop to their plans. The result is a comedy film about a girl, her friends and a cat from the stars.
