Billy's betrayal hits because it's not a shock twist, it's the inevitability you've been dreading since he first held power. The animation shifts with him, all sharp angles and cold color bleeding into frames that used to feel warm. This special stakes everything on a single visual and narrative gamble: that you'll follow Unluck into the final loop even when the show stops pretending anyone walks out whole.

Billy turns on the Union and takes control of the Round Table. As a blizzard brought on by UMA Winter rages, he is briefed on the Autumn battle and learns that Undead and Unluck are growing stronger. Juiz then appears with a revelation: the artifacts are weapons for defeating God, and the Ark has just one loop remaining. She asks Billy to ally with her again and risk everything on Unluck so they can reach their common aim of beating God. Billy refuses. Juiz sees that he is really after the Ark and Apocalypse, but before she can respond he pulls them into a vicious fight with UMAs on each side, her sword against his pistol and borrowed Negator powers. Elsewhere, Andy and Fuko fly toward Summer with Autumn's core in hand, while Billy dispatches assassins to attack them in the air. The hour-long special adapts the Winter Arc, blending action, comedy and supernatural sci-fi.
