Kotetsu is a small boy with more energy than perhaps anyone else in the town of Urayasu, and he is forever causing trouble. Alongside a group of oddball friends, he stumbles from one bit of mischief to the next in a string of wild escapades centered on the Osawagi family. The short comedy episodes feature distinctive, carefully drawn characters and move quickly, with lively action and plenty of gags.
