Putin and a rabbit are locked in a cell together. That's the entire premise. No further explanation, no narrative arc, no mercy. The show commits so hard to this absurd constraint that it becomes a pure distillation of physical comedy, the kind that doesn't need translation, doesn't need dialogue, just needs you to watch a dictator and a rodent reach new heights of mutual destruction. The humor lives in repetition pushed past the breaking point, until the joke becomes the refusal to let the joke end. If you've ever found yourself laughing at something so stupid it rewired your brain, this is the show that proves that stupid can be genius.

Putin and Kirenenko return for the fourth season of Usavich, a comedy made up of short episodes, 13 of them in this run, which aired in 2011. The franchise began with the misadventures of these two rabbits locked up in a Russian prison. In the second season they broke out and tried to keep ahead of the fearsome Soviet bunnies chasing them. This installment picks up their comic exploits once again.
