Takahashi steps up to anchor a news program at a broadcasting station that operates on its own peculiar wavelength. Things at the local station have been fairly calm for the World Fool News staff since Takahashi Ichitarou joined as newscaster, but a fresh crisis is now on its way. This short comedy continues directly from the first season and keeps its focus on the odd, ridiculous goings-on that fill everyday life at the station. Viewers who enjoyed the first run will find the same brand of workplace silliness here.
