Mannenbilly is a thoroughbred racehorse stuck on a losing streak of thirty straight races. Help arrives in an absurd form: a cat who takes over as his jockey. Nobody can say how skilled the feline rider really is, but it may well be the cutest jockey in all of Japan. Together with the trainer who looks after Mannenbilly and an eccentric owner, the cat sets out to finally win a race. The short comedy runs four episodes.
