A slovenly dog named Dommel has perfected the art of doing absolutely nothing. His days consist entirely of eating and sleeping. His owner, Semafoor, is an inventor who dreams up the oddest creations imaginable. Put the two of them together and the result is a string of comic incidents in a 52-episode TV comedy from 1988. The humor comes from pairing a dog devoted to idleness with an owner who never stops inventing peculiar things.
