SYNOPSIS
Otaku freshman Sakamichi Onoda pedals through school on his chunky mamachari bike, a relic from childhood that he's grown surprisingly skilled at riding. His real passion lies elsewhere: he's desperately hunting for recruits to revive the anime club, which recently fell apart due to lack of members. His quest for fellow fans seems hopeless until two cyclists from the school's racing club spot him weaving through traffic with unexpected talent and precision. They see something in Onoda that he doesn't see in himself: genuine potential as a competitive cyclist. What begins as a casual pitch to join their club turns into something more complicated. Onoda finds himself caught between two worlds: the comfortable, familiar fantasy of anime fandom and the physical, demanding reality of competitive racing. This OVA captures the moment everything changes for him, blending comedy with genuine heart as he discovers that sometimes your true passion finds you when you're not looking for it.
