Nobody talks about this one. Yurumates 3D Plus is a show that exists in the margins of anime, thirteen minutes of three girls doing nothing in particular, sitting around, eating snacks, saying dumb things that land exactly right. It costs nothing to watch and asks nothing in return except that you sit with these people for a while. The comedy isn't loud. It's the kind of timing that only works if you've actually spent time around people you don't have to try around. By episode three you stop waiting for a plot. By episode six you realize you've been healed without noticing.

Yurume Aida, an 18-year-old who finished high school without getting into college, keeps living at the Maison du Wish, an apartment building on the edge of Tokyo filled with other ronin preparing to retake university entrance exams. Her daily routine picks up where the first season ended. Then her neighbor Sae's strict younger sister arrives and settles in, declaring she will stay until Sae finally unpacks her boxes and cleans up her cluttered apartment. Life around Yurume gets just a little wilder in this short-format slice-of-life comedy adapted from Saxyun's four-panel manga.
