Nobody expects a concert tie-in short to actually be charming. This one is just two owls finding abandoned event cards and earnestly reading them like they've discovered human scripture, while the rest of the cast scrambles to clean a massive stage. It's the kind of throwaway joke that lands because Kemono Friends always lets its characters be genuinely delighted by small, stupid things.

The Friends are asked by the PPP to fix up the abandoned stage at Saitama Super Arena so it can host a concert. While the rest of the group handles the cleanup, Northern White-faced Owl and Eurasian Eagle Owl come across cards that humans left behind, each one laying out rules for how to behave at the event, such as keeping electronic devices put away. The owls' puzzled reactions to these instructions supply much of the humor. Made as a comedic collaboration with the Animelo Summer Live 2017 anisong festival, the short was shown before the opening of each of the event's three days and comes with two alternate endings.
