Hajime finally gets to breathe outside the main story's weight, and it costs him everything he's built to protect Myu one last time. The animation snaps awake here in ways the main series never quite managed, especially once the Liberators arrive and the ruin becomes a battleground where past and present collide. This is a side story that knows exactly what it is: a goodbye disguised as an adventure, grounded in the one relationship that actually matters.

Back from the Sunken Ruins of Melusine, Hajime wants one last outing with Myu before the two say goodbye. The group has been chasing the Seven Great Legends of Erisen as a keepsake of their time together, and every one has come up empty. On the seventh and final try, a huge unknown creature appears and flings Hajime and his party into a devastated city. There Hajime begins looking for Myu, who has gone missing, and meets the Liberators, who were also brought to this place from the past. The two groups join forces in hopes of getting back to where they belong. A single-episode action fantasy side story.
