A runaway car becomes the excuse to see every racer you've followed actually work together, no tournament brackets getting in the way. The movie doesn't waste time on setup, it trusts you already know these characters, and throws you straight into the chaos of chasing a machine that won't stop. This is what happens when a sports anime remembers that the real rush isn't winning, it's the moment everyone has to drop their ego and move.

Rion is tricked by the mini-4wd company he was associated with into installing a chip in his racing car, Gun Bluster. The car then races on with no one controlling it and causes trouble among fellow racers. To get the chip out, Rion joins forces with the TRF Victorys: brothers Retsu and Go Seiba, Ryo Takaba with help from his little brother Jiromaru, Tokichi and J. Their chase is complicated by an association that also wants Gun Bluster, for reasons that are unclear. Racing side by side with their own mini-4wd cars, Rion and the TRF team dodge traps as they try to capture the runaway machine safely. The result is a sports adventure film built around the pursuit.
