Rion's racing car, Gun Bluster, becomes a problem when a shady chip installation turns it into an unstoppable machine tearing across the circuit. Out of control and dangerous, the car leaves chaos in its wake, forcing Rion to seek help from the TRF Victory team: brothers Go and Retsu Seiba, Ryo Takaba, and their crew of dedicated mini-4wd racers. What begins as a simple chase to disable the chip evolves into something far more complicated when another group starts hunting Gun Bluster with unclear motives. As Rion and the TRF team pursue the rogue vehicle through obstacles and traps, they have to figure out who really orchestrated this sabotage and what the competing faction wants.
