Poppin'Party at the beach is exactly what you want after the series ends: the girls just existing together, no narrative pressure, no saving the world through music. The animation drops back to 2D and breathes. You get a concert that feels earned rather than plot-mandated, and the interactions between them actually land because there's space for them to land.

After their success at Space, Poppin'Party has earned a break. The band spends a day at the beach, taking it easy and having fun together. The girls swim in the ocean, play volleyball, and soak up the sunshine. Of course, the outing also includes a live performance for the other people enjoying the shore. The OVA is a single unaired episode released with the seventh Blu-ray volume of BanG Dream!, offering a relaxed slice-of-life break built around music and friendship.
