Teslandia is an abandoned planet that its neighbors ignore because of its harsh conditions. When energy-rich power spots called Sanctuaries are found, mysterious vehicle-shaped objects called Beyraiderz turn up alongside them. The Beyraiderz can link with Teslandia's young people under 17 and summon cyborg creatures known as Warriors, which convert Sanctuary energy into small Tokens. By pitting their Warriors against one another, teenage Beybattlers gather Tokens in the hope of turning the arid wasteland into a thriving world, while questions remain about what the Warriors really are. The series is an action, sci-fi and sports spin-off of the Beyblade franchise.
