Dokuro's a character who solves every problem by literally bludgeoning the guy she loves with a spiked bat, then reviving him to do it again. The show commits completely to the bit: it's not winking at you, it's not self-aware about how absurd this is, it just keeps escalating the violence and expecting you to laugh at the sincerity of her devotion. If you've ever wanted to watch an angel repeatedly cave in a middle schooler's skull while the anime treats it as genuine romantic comedy, this is the only place on earth that exists.

Sakura Kusakabe's ordinary middle school life was upended when the angel Dokuro-chan moved into his house. In this continuation, he still shares his home with the angel sisters Dokuro and Zakuro Mitsukai, and his everyday routine keeps falling apart in increasingly bloody ways. Dokuro belongs to Rurutie, an order of angel assassins, and was sent from the future to kill Sakura because he will one day invent immortality and anger God. Believing he can be redeemed, she brings him back to life every time she beats him to a pulp with her huge spiked club, Excalibolg. New angels join the chaos, including the courteous Sabato Mihashigo and the odd Zansu, and their antics usually end with Sakura dead again. The two-episode OVA is an ecchi supernatural comedy built on gory slapstick.
