Hawks just wants a day off. Instead he gets dragged through every worst-case scenario his brain can manufacture, playing out in real time while everyone around him stays perfectly calm. The joke never stops landing because the OVA knows exactly how funny it is to watch the number two hero absolutely spiral over nothing, and it commits completely to the bit without ever winking at the camera.

Tabidachi is a single-episode OVA tied to the My Hero Academia film World Heroes' Mission. It adapts Hawks: SOOTHE, a one-shot side chapter printed in the Vol. World Heroes booklet, which was handed out as a gift to moviegoers in Japan and at select American theaters. The animation came packaged with the PLUS ULTRA edition of the movie's Blu-ray and DVD. Before that release, it had a short limited run in Japanese theaters, shown together with the film from January 22 to 27. Listed genres are action and comedy.
