Ami is in her third year of high school and still heartbroken over her forbidden romance with her stepbrother, Hiroshi. Her last summer vacation before graduation is crowded with trouble: her work as an idol, getting ready for college, and her parents' divorce. Then Hiroshi, who has been studying in England, comes back to Japan for a short stay and tells her their relationship should end. Unsure what he really feels, Ami sinks into gloom. Her best friends Kyouko and Satomi try to lift her spirits by planning a trip to Sapporo to celebrate her 17th birthday. The movie concludes Ami's story from the original Cream Lemon series and mixes drama with romance. It was shown in theaters on a double bill with Project A-Ko and contains no erotic content.
