Kouichi Madanbashi is a hot-blooded high school boy obsessed with big breasts, and his body carries Hi-ERo particles, an unknown source of energy that can power the robotic weapon Daimidaler. The Penguin Empire, a mysterious life form that suddenly arrived on Earth, has been fighting a secret anti-Penguin organization called the Prince Beauty Parlor. The Parlor built Daimidaler to take on the Empire's giant Penguin Robot and chooses Kouichi as its pilot. With help from Kyouko Sonan of the Parlor, he stands against the Empire that plagues humanity. The series is a 12-episode comedy that mixes mecha battles with ecchi humor.
