Nobody comes to an iDOLM@STER PV expecting narrative complexity, but "Dreaming!" doesn't waste a second on setup, it trusts the song to carry everything. The animation moves with the music instead of decorating it, which means the characters feel like they're part of the energy rather than performing in front of it. This is what a music video should do: make you want to hear the song again the moment it ends.

"Dreaming!" is an animated promotional video for the song of the same name from THE iDOLM@STER Million Live!. The one-episode music clip was bundled as a bonus with the first limited pressing of the LIVE THE@TER DREAMERS 01 single, so it served as an extra for buyers of that release. Fans already following the Million Live! idols are its most natural audience.
