Lubicchi has lost his friend Poupelle. Afterward, the boy wanders into a mysterious realm where the clock in a tower has stopped at 11:59. To get back home, he has to set that clock running again, and he must also find the courage to believe once more. The fantasy film is a sequel to Entotsu-machi no Poupelle, based on Nishino Akihiro's picture book.
