The animation moves like nothing else on TV, David Production treats every frame like it costs something, and the fight choreography proves it. Season 2 abandons the scattered plotting of season 1 and commits to escalation, building toward a cataclysm that actually feels apocalyptic because the show has earned the scale by the time it arrives. The pacing stumbles when side characters take over, but when Shinra is on screen trying to save his brother while the world burns around him, Fire Force becomes genuinely urgent.

Shinra Kusakabe now understands what the Evangelist truly wants: the Adolla Bursts held by him and his younger brother Shou.
