Takeru's hovercrafts rip through neon-soaked streets with the kind of kinetic weight that makes you forget this is 2006, every race feels dangerous because the animation treats speed like it has mass. In 2267, fifteen-year-old Takeru is enjoying Freedom, the short break between finishing school and becoming a full citizen of Eden, a domed city on the moon. He spends it with friends, racing his custom-built vehicle against rival gangs. More than 160 years earlier, a falling orbital station caused a disaster believed to have ended all human life on Earth. After a race goes badly, Takeru walks outside the dome and finds strange objects and photographs in a lunar crater, including one of a girl beneath a blue sky. His questions soon draw the attention of the Foundation that rules Eden, which is determined to keep its secrets hidden. The seven-episode OVA mixes action, adventure and science fiction.
