Takuya Seo is a high school otaku who sits behind two popular gyaru classmates, Kotoko Ijichi and Kei Amane. He is devoted to Glittermon, a niche anime meant for younger viewers, and because he was bullied in the past he tries to keep that love hidden, though his excitement tends to spill out before he can stop himself. When a borrowed eraser brings their worlds together, Takuya lets something slip about his favorite show, and Amane is quick to correct him. She insists she is not a fan, yet her familiarity with the series says otherwise. Instead of brushing him off, she draws Ijichi into the conversation too, and Takuya finds himself connecting with the two classmates he never expected to treat him warmly. The result is a romantic comedy about an unlikely bond across classroom castes.
