A one-off side story from the Vifam main series, placed somewhere between episodes 18 and 21. The Janus is on its way to the planet Taut, and the day seems ordinary until the captain, accused of peeking, storms off the ship in anger. Then odd things begin: the onboard AI computer misbehaves, an unmanned enemy vessel turns up, and everyone sees ghostly figures and glowing eyes. Worse, people aboard start to disappear, leaving the others to figure out what is happening. The episode is built as a mystery, set against the mecha and science fiction adventure of the wider series.
