A girl with the worst luck on earth walks into a room full of girls with the power to fix it, and somehow that becomes the entire show. Amano Sakogami is a high school girl at Shitennoji Academy whose luck is so bad that everything she tries goes wrong. One day she wanders into the room of the Better Fortune Research Organization, a club made up of seven girls and one boy. In secret, its members draw on the power of the Seven Fortune Gods to fight the Magatsugami, monsters able to damage a person's luck and well-being. Amano soon takes on the role of club manager and joins the fight against the Magatsugami and Kukitomoe, the one who controls them. Based on the manga by Hiroyuki Kawasaki, the show mixes comedy and fantasy with magical girl action.
