Godtenber is an area at the foot of Mt. Fuji whose neighborhoods differ sharply from one another in cityscape and culture. Teams of street racers meet there to compete in races held every day, and those races run on a single rule: speed matters above all else. Hi-DRIVERS is a TV action and sports series that centers on the lives of these racing teams and the contests they fight across Godtenber's varied streets.
