God literally apologizes for killing you, then hands you a smartphone in a fantasy world like it's a reasonable trade-off, and the show commits to that energy completely. It knows exactly what it is: pure isekai comfort food that doesn't pretend to be anything smarter than its premise. You're here for the harem hijinks and the absurdity of modern tech breaking medieval logic, not character depth, and it delivers that without pretending otherwise.

When a teenager named Touya gets struck by lightning and dies, God offers an unusual apology: a second chance in a fantasy world, complete with one modern convenience. His smartphone comes with him into a realm of magic and swords, where apps and divine intervention collide in unexpected ways. Touya wanders through this strange new land without much of a plan, collecting companions and stumbling into adventures that seem to solve themselves through some combination of his powers, sheer luck, and smartphone functionality. He meets eccentric allies, uncovers mysteries, and finds himself tangled in increasingly absurd situations where technology meets medieval fantasy in ridiculous harmony. The show leans hard into comedy and wish-fulfillment, never taking itself seriously as Touya coasts through quests and romantic entanglements with casual confidence. It's lighthearted and meandering, more interested in gags and character moments than coherent plotting. If you're looking for something that embraces the absurdity of its own premise and lets its protagonist bumble through a fantasy world with a gadget that shouldn't exist, this delivers exactly that kind of silly, easygoing fun.
