A new law punishing sexual perversion takes effect, and a squadron in protective suits surrounds the city, arresting anyone who looks like a pervert. Inukami master Keita and his inukami Yoko are wanted for Class A perversion, and Kaoru's inukami and others are caught up in the crackdown too. Karina, the special spiritual investigator of the title, is part of the story as well. The movie is a supernatural comedy with romance and plenty of ecchi humor.
