Season two doesn't chase plot, it deepens what you already love about these five girls. Every episode feels like visiting friends you've known for years, where the best moments aren't about conflict or resolution but about how Chino pours coffee or how Rize's deadpan timing makes everyone else's chaos hit funnier. The show trusts that watching them exist together, in a café that smells like warmth, is enough.

Cocoa and her friends return to Rabbit House, the café where something odd is always happening, from a waitress who collects firearms to a rabbit that can talk. Cocoa works and plays alongside Chino and Rize, and together with Chiya and Syaro, who work at nearby cafés, the group gets swept up in all kinds of chaotic adventures. When a magazine runs a piece on local places to eat and leaves Rabbit House out, trouble brews at the Kafuu home. Meanwhile, something seems to be haunting Syaro's house and needs looking into, and Cocoa's older sister suddenly shows up. Looming over it all is the frightening prospect of graduating, and the question of whether everyone will pass or some friends will fall behind. Along the way the girls run into struggling novelists, rival cafés, hidden treasure and chocolates with alcohol in them, all in an easygoing slice of life setting.
