Jotaro Kujo is a delinquent who discovers his Stand and immediately has to cross the globe fighting invisible monsters to save his mother's life from a vampire who's been hunting his bloodline for a century. The show treats every fight like a puzzle where brute force doesn't work, where the real victory is figuring out what your opponent's power actually does before they kill you. Every character gets their moment, every Stand ability is more ridiculous than the last, and the comedy punches as hard as the action because nobody in this show is afraid to look absolutely fabulous while having their organs rearranged by invisible demons.

Jotaro Kujo is convinced an evil spirit has taken hold of him. Locked in a Japanese prison cell, the seventeen-year-old delinquent refuses to leave, and his grandfather Joseph Joestar tells him the spirit is really a Stand, a supernatural force that gives its user dangerous fighting powers. After a fiery clash with Joseph's friend Muhammad Avdol, Jotaro is driven out of his cell. He is not the only one affected: a Stand awakening inside his mother Holy threatens to kill her within 50 days, and across the globe similar powers are stirring. The cause traces back to Dio Brando, a hundred-year-old vampire recovered from the sea who hungers for the blood of Jotaro's family. To save his mother's life, Jotaro must learn to control his power and travel halfway around the world to confront Dio in Cairo, Egypt. What unfolds is part globe-trotting adventure, part supernatural battle. Jotaro sets out alongside Joseph, Avdol and other allies, while a host of hostile Stand users lies in wait to stop them along the way.
