A young human turns up in the forest of Japari Park, a vast zoo where a mysterious phenomenon gave the animals humanlike forms, and these beings are known as Friends. Serval and Caracal find the hungry child and invite them along on their travels. On the road they meet many distinctive new Friends, sample tasty food and uncover secrets about the park.
