In 2026 Tokyo, the Edo shogunate never fell. Four centuries of isolation have calcified society into rigid castes where birth determines destiny, and the only escape route runs through KILLTUBE: a brutal streaming platform where the desperate fight for their lives on live broadcast. Winning matches means climbing the social ladder. Losing means oblivion. Three outcasts from society's bottom rung step into the arena together: Musashi, a boy raised by dogs, the scheming producer Kikuchiyo and the inventor Leonardo. They're mocked, underestimated, dismissed as fodder for the crowd's entertainment. But as their victories pile up and their audience grows, something darker emerges beneath KILLTUBE's spectacle. The system that promised them freedom may be something else entirely. The film is an edopunk action fantasy set in a walled-off, skyscraper-filled Edo where ranked duels decide who rises and who stays at the bottom.
