Kenshirou Midou is a popular high school boy who has loved cosmetics his whole life, keeping that passion hidden from everyone except his sisters and his childhood friend Hiura Mihate. When Hiura finally agrees to let him practice, the result leaves Kenshirou stunned. The makeup turns Hiura from a plain, slight boy into a pretty, petite girl, and Kenshirou finds real freedom in putting his skill to use. Hiura enjoys the makeover and dressing in feminine clothes, and soon starts wearing the girls' uniform to school. Kenshirou can't tell whether he has awakened something in his friend or is simply noticing a side of Hiura he always missed. Hiura, meanwhile, has quietly had feelings for Kenshirou for a long time and chooses to support his hobby. This romantic comedy follows the two as their affection for each other grows.
