A rich kid inherits a magical artifact that literally opens doors to money and women, then immediately has to choose between using it and actually wanting to be the person he becomes if he doesn't. The OVA doesn't waste time pretending this is about anything bigger than desire versus self-respect. Two episodes is exactly long enough to wreck someone's certainty about what they'd do with that kind of power.

After his father dies, Natsume Kiroemon leaves the monastery in Italy where he has been training and comes back to Japan to claim his name as the 45th head of the Natsume family. With it he inherits the Kouryuu no Mimi, a tool that makes wealth and women come easily to whoever holds it. Back home he falls for Kanako, a member of the rival Mina family. The Mina family strikes at Natsume again and again and eventually carries Kanako off. Once Natsume breaks the seal and the artifact's power surges, he is ready to hit back at the Mina clan. The two-episode OVA, adapted from Inoue Noriyoshi's manga, mixes action, drama, romance, fantasy and ecchi.
