This compilation film retells the Kouya no Kotobuki Hikoutai story and adds new footage. In a desolate world, zeppelins are the safest way to move cargo, and air pirates prowl the skies, raiding aerial trade and holding isolated towns for ransom. The only answer is to hire protection that flies, which is where the Kotobuki Squadron comes in: a team of mercenary pilots who escort shipments in light Nakajima Ki-43 Hayabusa fighters. Kylie, Reona, Chika, Emma, Kate, and Zara know that one error can mean a burning crash or a collision in midair. For them, the risk is worth the chance to take to the sky.
