A girl buys a folding bike on impulse and stumbles into the most wholesome sports anime about five college students who have no business being a cycling team. The show never pretends they're special or destined for anything, they're just people who showed up, liked each other, and decided to ride 200 kilometers together. By the time they actually do it, you're pedaling with them.

Ami Kurata is an ordinary first-year college student until she sees someone riding a folding bike and falls for it on the spot. She spends all her savings to buy one and starts taking weekend rides with her childhood friend Aoi and Hinako, an upperclassman at her university. When someone tells her a road bike could change how she sees the world, Ami buys one and is amazed by how light, fast and quick it feels. As she gets drawn into long-distance cycling, she and four other women from her school form a team called Fortuna, aiming to take part in a long-distance brevet event known as Fresh. The show mixes comedy, slice of life and sports.
